Regresar a  Location To the southwest of Coquimatlán, 7 kilometers by the state highway that leads to the community of Jala, 400 meters after the Black Bridge of the railroad, on the left margin of the way.
This place can be acceded by different means of transport; particular automobile, suburban buses, and taxis (from Colima or Coquimatlán).
Starting off from the municipal head of Coquimatlán, drive by the street parallel to the routes of the railroad, and at the end of this it is connected with the road that leads to Jala. Turn to the left until it finishes in the Black Bridge after 6,5 kilometers. Continue by this road that crosses below the Black Bridge, and 400 meters later are the facilities of the watering place
The trucks that take to the Amiales, are taken in the Rojos bus station in Colima. Ask for the frequencies and departure schedules of the same.
Atractions Five kilometers to the south of the municipal head of Coquimatlán, by the way that communicates this town with the community of Jala, is located the watering place named Los Amiales. It is one of many springs (Amiales in Nahuatl) that appear on the foot of the hill of Los Libros (The Books), call thus by a rocky formation that exists in its slope and that to the distance resembles a group of books
The site is distinguished by its perennial greenness, that in season of droughts stands out against the yellowish gray of the hill. In its crystalline water wells, shaded by roans and surrounded by cobacks and other coastal plants, is a multitude of little fish. There are other points of interest in its neighborhoods that invite to walk around the place. A kilometer towards the north is the Black Bridge - railroad bridge -, scene of an important battle during the cristera rebellion. Towards the west is located the confluence of Colima and ArmerÃÂa rivers, and towards the east, the hill with its interesting rocky formation, and semidesert vegetation
By the beauty of the surroundings, the Amiales is a good place to camp. In recent years the H. City council of Coquimatlán equipped the watering place with restrooms and spits. Besides it has numerous arbors that offer, besides a place to sit under its shade, typical dishes and drinks.
| Los Amiales Cinco kilómetros al sur de la cabecera municipal de Coquimatlán, por el camino que comunica a este pueblo con la comunidad de Jala, se encuentra el balneario de Los Amiales. Es uno de los muchos manantiales (amiales en náhuatl) que brotan al pie del cerro de Los Libros, llamado asàpor una formación rocosa que existe en su ladera y que a la distancia semeja un grupo de libros.

Ubicación Al suroeste de Coquimatlán, a 7 kilómetros por la carretera estatal que conduce hacia la comunidad de Jala, 400 metros después del Puente Negro del ferrocarril, sobre el margen izquierdo del camino.
A este lugar puede accesarse en diferentes medios de transporte, automóvil particular, taxis (desde Colima o Coquimatlán) y autobuses suburbanos.
Partiendo desde la cabecera municipal de Coquimatlán, se circula por la calle que transcurre de manera paralela a las vÃÂas del ferrocarril y al término de esta se entronca con la carretera que conduce a Jala, se toma a mano izquierda por esta carretera hasta que termina en el Puente Negro después de 6.5 kilómetros, en este lugar se continúa circulando por el camino de terracerÃÂa que cruza por debajo del Puente Negro y 400 metros después se encuentran las instalaciones del balneario.
Los camiones que llevan a los Amiales, se toman en la Central de los Rojos en Colima, preguntar por las frecuencias y horarios de salida de los mismos.
